St. Agnes’ House, a longtime ministry of the Diocese of Lexington, is seeking an Interim Director.
This is a part time role – 20 hours per week. St. Agnes’ House is a medical lodging facility located on the University of Kentucky campus, hosting 8-16 guests per night. These guests, primarily from Eastern KY, have a family member receiving treatment at one of the University of Kentucky Hospitals.
The interim director will serve for one year, while the board evaluates and refines a long-term director’s role. Primary tasks of the role include directing day to day operations and communicating the ministry of St. Agnes’ House. The ideal candidate will be familiar and compatible with the Episcopal Church’s core Christian values of compassion and hospitality, and will be knowledgeable of healthcare and poverty issues in Eastern Kentucky.
